Returns/Exchange Policy
Does A&N Boutique accept returns/exchanges?

Yes, A&N Boutique will accept returns/exchanges for unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.

Does A&N Boutique accept returns/exchanges for swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products?
For sanitary reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and returns of these items will not be accepted, these items are considered final sale.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on A&N Boutique’s part.

Please contact A&N Boutique at rivalbert@gmail.com to submit a request for return/exchange. A copy of your original invoice or at a minimum the order number will be required.

A&N will provide a return slip to return qualifying items at no cost, however, customers will be required to take the items to your nearest mailing or shipping location.

Return to Sender or Undeliverable Packages
What happens when A&N Boutiques sends a package that is returned to sender or undeliverable?

Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender.

To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned or has tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" may be refunded.

Once refunded, A&N Boutique may place a new customer order.

Order Cancellation Policy

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped. 

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled, A&N Boutique representatives will cancel the order.

It is recommended that customers who are beyond the cancelation period for an order, initiate a return for any unwanted items once they receive their package within 7 business days. Please contact A&N Boutique at rivalbert@gmail.com for assistance.
